How to make 1st aid for traumatized patient before paramedics arrival:

Many people get confused on seeing a person in pain and bleeding Sometimes wrong decisions could be taken that harm the patient other than helping them So let's find out how at least give a useful aid to the traumatized patient

Road Traffic Accident ( RTA) Car accident or motor bike accident or train accident The most worrying item

 Internal bleeding Try not to move the patient, keep his position stable as much as you can Ask him about his name,age, and where he lives , it's very helpful in excluding cerebral injury

:Falling from height The most worrying item is

Fracture limbs and ribs , internal bleeding As in RTA, stabilize the patient. If you noticed rapid breathing from the patient and difficulty in speaking, this is probably respiratory distress Don't let him talk

:Burn The most worrying item is 

Laryngeal edema and spasm if the burn affected the neck , do neck exposure and try to make sure his respiratory rate is normal.... normal respiratory rate for adults is (14-20/minute) Dehydration from fluid loss from the body The 1st thing to do is wash the burnt areas by tap water The patient mustn't take anything orally In case of sensitive area affection as genitalia wash using tap water or cold water

Animals attack in the woods such as bears The most worrying    item is 

PAIN which can cause neurogenic shock and deterioration of the general condition , a pain killer must be given immediately Internal organs injury , liver and spleen are commonly affected, compress the wound with packs in a trial to minimize bleeding Skin abrasions can cause dermatitis, wash the wound with water if possible
